Shipping Policy
The Products are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping cost is Chf 6.50 and delivery takes 2 - 4 business days. If you want it via express the amount is Chf 8.50, delivery on the next business day.
You will receive a Shipment at Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. Fit Girl Era is not liable for any Products, lost/ stolen or any packages that have been marked as delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted If the item was send incorrectly or the item is damaged. We accept returns within 7 working days if it has not been worn and has only been tried on like in normal shops.
